Welcome to iHCI 2014

2014 marks the 8th Annual Irish Human Computer Interaction (iHCI) conference, Irelands leading forum for work in all areas of Human Computer Interaction.

iHCI brings together practitioners, academics, researchers and students from a wide variety of disciplines including user experience designers, information architects, software engineers, human factors experts, information systems analysts, social scientists and managers. We also welcome perspectives from design, architecture engineering, planning, social science and creative industries among other disciplines.

This year we are making exciting changes to the format. We are kicking of the conference with a “circuit training style” masterclass session. There will be three masterclasses all running at the same time. After each class, registered delegates will rotate to the next one. The classes will be informal, roundtable format, where interaction and questions are encouraged.
